Can’t download Becouse of billing info whe it has been updated 3times

Ther s an issue with her payment method that she has to resolve.

The payment information must be accurate, up to date and match exactly what’s on file with her bank. She needs to call the bank to check if they are blocking payments to iTunes for some reason. If she still can’t figure out what the issue is, she’ll need to contact iTunes Store Support directly.
