How to have Siri in different languages on different devices?

I speak Japanese when I am home, but more often speak English at my workplace. Since this is the case, I would appreciate if I can have different language setting of Siri on different devices, say my iPhone and Mac.

However, as long as those devices are under the same iCloud account, once you've changed the settings on one, another will change as well.
