I have an iPhone 7 with OS 11.1.1. Every time there are updates to apps on my iPhone, they do not download. I am faced with the gray circle that as of right now, I have been waiting for an hour for 3 apps to download and update. The only way I can access the iPhone app store is to reboot my phone. What is the problem? I am so frustrated with apple that I will not upgrade my iPhone again.

Had to reboot phone as app store is not responding after over an hour "attempting" to connect. Changed WIFI and app store not accessible. Followed directions of tapping an icon in app store 10 times does nothing in iOS 11. Now, I wish I had never updated to iOS 11 due to issues.

And also logging out and back in of the App Store.
Doesn't work because the phone is still trying to connect to the app store for over an hour, so once again, I have to reboot the phone to disconnect from the app store to do anything.
