Cellular data not working if leaving Wifi on iOS11 iPhone 7

Hi,

I have the latest iOS 11.1.1 on an iPhone 7.

Since I updated to iOS11 my cell data does not work correctly. So here's what happens:

I'm connected to wifi, let's say at home and everythign works fine. I leave home at which point my phone switches to 3G/4G. Signal is full stenght and everythign looks connected if I check the top left hand corner.

The problem is the phone thinks it's not connected to the internet and nothing works. Every app or browser says no internet connection. I then turn airport mode on and off and it works again. This happens 100% of the time and is so frustrating. I can't believe I'm the only one with this issue?

Is their a fix or a patch?
