I updated MacBook Pro to the latest iOS version 10.13.1 and now I am missing files

I updated to the latest iOS version 10.13.1 and now I am missing files when I look on Finder. When I opened Disk Utility I notice additional items under Internal and Disk Images.

Internal:

• Apple SSD SM0512G Media, PCI Internal Physical Disk - GUID Partition Map (Macintosh HD blue 500.07 GB)
• "NEW" Container disk1 (VM blue 4.29GB, Macintosh HD red 291.12 GB, 2 not Mounted gray 724.4MB
• Macintosh HD APFS Volume - APFS (Encrypted)

Disk Images:

• "New" Apple UDIF read-only compressed (bzip2) Media. Disk Image - Apple Partition Map (disk3s1 blue 32 KB, Flash Player red 19.9)
• "New" disk3s1 Unknown (Not Mounted)
• "New" Flash Player - Disk Image Volume - Mac OS Extended (Not Mounted)

I ran Disk Utility on Macintosh HD and received this message when it was checking the fsroot tree.

Verifying file system.

Volume could not be unmounted.

Using live mode.

Verifying allocated space.

The volume /dev/rdisk1s1 appears to be OK.

File system check exit code is 0.

Restoring the original state found as mounted.

Operation successful.

It wouldn't run on any of the not mounted drives I list above but anything that I could run First Aid on it finished successfully.

But I still can't see files under Finder.

Any solutions to resolve this issue?
