OS 11 and bluetooth hearing aid issues

Anyone else having problems since the OS 11 upgrade with bluetooth hearing aids staying connected to the phone? I have to tell my phone to 'forget' my hearing aids and re-pair them almost hourly for them to stay connected to my phone. I also have a device for my tv that I connect my hearing aids to using my phone and when you get a call it is supposed to interrupted and go to the phone/bluetooth hearing aids. Since the os upgrade it will interrupt the tv but my phone wont connect to my hearing aids. HELP this is huge not having my hearing aids connect to my phone is a huge issue.

Yes, I am having the same problem and it has been very annoying. I spent many hours on the phone with Apple support trying to solve the problem and got no where. We reset everything that could be reset and it made no lasting difference.

I even upgraded my phone from an iPhone 7 to and iPhone X during the process and I'm having the same issue so it's definitely not a phone issue. This is a huge issue for me as well so I am keenly interested in hearing from anyone who has solved this problem.

I thought It was just me! Sorry you have this too. in my car where I have hands free, the sound can’t seem to decide where to go and therefore it goes nowhere, not to my HA or to the car speakers. I have to tell people to wait a minute while my phone figures it out. I can’t just put the phone to me ear either! So frustrating!
