Radio app not working

Hi all,

I am using apple watch series 3 with iPhone7 plus (in Italy).

My iphone is correctly connected to internet.

When I try to start radio app on apple watch, after selecting one radio I got the error "Internet connection is not available". Starting from this moment every time I open the radio app I got immediatly this error (it seems that the app doesn't check anymore if the connection is really available or not).

How can I force quit the app ?

Is the radio app working on apple watch series 3 gps only in Italy ?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Hi

The Radio feature is supported in Italy.

Follow the instructions here to use the Radio app:

Radio (Apple Watch Series 3 only)

If your iPhone is not connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, then it may help to check your settings:

On iPhone, go to: Settings > Mobile / Cellular Data > turn on Music.
On iPhone, go to: Settings > Music > Mobile / Cellular Data > enable Cellular Data and Streaming.

Restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:

Now it works (this morning I restarted my iPhone).
