Any way to receive VOIP calls on AW2 ?

I have an Apple Watch Series 2 with WatchOS 3.2.3.

Is there a way to receive VOIP calls from Vonage Extensions app, and Whatsapp, on my watch, given that neither of these 2 apps have watch extensions? So when a VOIP call comes in, I want my watch to at least notify me. And if I can take the VOIP call on my watch, that's a bonus.
