Running with a jogger doesn't register on my Apple Watch 3 in distance or calories

While I run with a jogger I use the run keeper app, which accurately tracks my mileage. However, when I'm done, in the Activity App my 6-mile runs show up under "Workouts" but not under "Distance" (it will say I've only logged 2 miles instead of 8 for that day). The run is also not reflected in "Move" (I have the same calories burned before run as after.).

I am running with my iPhone 6 and Apple Watch 3 (and I have tried ALL of the calibration and reset advice many times already).

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone, Apple Watch and Runkeeper to the latest software versions, starting with your iPhone:

Otherwise, for assistance with issues concerning use of Runkeeper (a third-party app) in conjunction with Apple Watch - including in respect of data syncing issues - I suggest that you consult the developer's support resources and/or contact the developer:

I had done all that (even contacted Runkeeper), to no avail.

I don’t think it’s a syncing issue because the run is listed in the Activity app as a “workout”, it just doesn’t show up in distance (or calories).

Could this issue have something to do with both my hands being on the jogging stroller and not moving during my runs?
