If you do no have your data backed up, you will lose it. Maybe not this week or even this year but you will lose it. You'll lose it if your phone is stolen. You'll lose if your phone is damaged beyond repair. You'll lose it if it develops a problem and can't be turned on.
If your data is important to you, you back it up. You have a back up that you can access immediately and you have one that is stored remotely in case, for example, your house burns down with both your phone and your back up in it.
Your data is your responsibility.
If the data on your iPhone is that sensitive, your first step should be to back it up. I suggest you back it up to both your computer and to iCloud before doing anything else.
Come up with solutions or don’t write anything!
