change country

Hi,

I was in the USA for a while so my credit card on my

Apple ID account was an American CC.

Currently I’m back home in the Middle East and trying for a month to change the country and region to my current country and it’s not allowing me at all not here and not through the iPhone setting.

I already changed my paying information to “none” and signed out of any Apple ID account that I have and canceled any subsection that I have and even deleted any app that was related to a credit card.

I have many applications to download for the day life and for work that I need but sadly I can not because that I need to change my country and I can’t.

Please help.
