Not hearing incoming calls on iPhone 6s Plus
Last night I update my iPhone to iOS 11.1.1 and couldn’t hear the voice on incoming calls. Outgoing and internet calls would work fine. Is anyone facing the same issue?

I see that, after updating your iPhone to iOS 11.1.1, you're unable to hear callers the receiver when the contact you the receiver. Strangely, it only seems to effect incoming calls, as you're able to hear them when you call out. I'm happy to help.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Restart your iPhone. Once it's returned to the Home screen, test the issue.
If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone -- If restarting your phone didn't resolve the issue, follow the steps provided in this support article.
