Question: Voice Mail Issues with recent 11.0.... update

Is Apple working on this issue? I have now spent over two hours with my carrier and over an hour at the Apple store. While both companies have been very kind, each one is saying it is the other one's issue. My carrier said they have had quite a few people calling them related to this issue and they are frustrated as well. Thank you.

What issue would that be? Visual Voicemail is a carrier issue and not Apple.

Unfortunately that is the issue. Carriers can’t seem to resolve the issue as they have been in the past since the latest update. Consumer Cellular via AARP is very focused on their customer and they can’t be happy with lack of resolution.
