iphone 6s stuck on apple brand screen

In the last two weeks my wife phone get stuck with start on screen ( apple brand screen ).

First time I fixed it by resoring the iphone and I am doing ghe same right now.

My question is if this issue only on her phone or it is a general issue.

Also, let me know if there is a solution that doesn’t include restoring the iphone
