Safari won't open-Sierra 10.12.6

Everything worked great on my MacBook Pro (13" early 2011) this am.

But now unable to open Safari:

Clicked on the Safari Dock icon - nothing happens

Right clicked on Safari Dock icon - nil

Clicked on the Safari icon in the Applications folder - nothing happens

Opened ~Library/Preferences

Deleted Apple.com/Safari.plist

Performed Safe Boot after Shutdown & then rebooted - still unable to open Safari

Appreciate any help!

Thanks!
