My iPhone 6s updated the system last night. Then it asked for my password.

The updated system then asked for my password. None worked. I bought this across the country a year ago and haven't needed the PW until now, so couldn't remember it. I couldn't get in to reset it! I reset it on my iPad but that PW won't work on my phone. I have to get on a plane in a few hours and need my phone. Never buy an Apple!
