When I close an app the task bar disappears if I turn it to portrait then I can see it but once I put it back to horizontal it disappears again.
Any ideas would be welcomed.
I have reset all settings it comes back but then disappears again, also have done a hard reset same again.

Could be an issue with the hardware. I suggest talking to Apple Support. If that fails make an appointment at the Genius Bar.
