simple answer if it's not from apple then yes.... just log into you normal apple account to check and see, don't click on any links in the e-mail.
Forward the e-mail to Apple before deleting it. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you.
got a email about my apple id being disabled. It looks legit but the actual email is not apple. Is this a scam?
