Blue Tooth and Cellular?
Does the Apple Watch Series 3 GPS+Cellular have the Blue Connection feature as well. In case I bought it and decide I don't want the independent cellular feature?

If you decide not to activate the built-in cellular feature, then it can be used like a Series 3 GPS-only model:
