How can I upload an artwork for a feature image, the one that is 4320x1080?
Anyone have an idea how to upload a feature image for podcast? The wide one. Or does Apple requests it when needed?

Apple will contact you for that. And it will need to be a PSD file and they have other specs. But point is they will contact you for it if they want to feature your show.
