Getting downloaded tones onto phone.

I downloaded and installed an app called 'free ringtones' from the IOS store on my 6s. I then chose a few tones to download on the app. How do I get the tones I've downloaded into the 'sounds' section of settings where all the pre-installed tones are kept ?
