no compass after ios11 upgrade

Upgraded iPad mini a1499 to iOS 11 and had problem with accelerometer in Real Racing 3.

Advice was to reset compass but that app is now missing. Looked in all folders. Asked Siri to find. Used search. Nothing. No compass.

Where is it or how do I get it back? and when will accelerometer issue be resolved by Apple ?

Hi. First, there has never been a built-in Compass app in the iPad. That's strictly an iPhone feature.
