Voice clarity problem when pairing iPhone with car Bluetooth and Apple Watch!

After connecting my Apple Watch with my iPhone, when even the car Bluetooth is connected with my iPhone, if I make/receive calls through the car Bluetooth the voice clarity is very poor i.e. voice terribly breaks making it impossible to converse through the car Bluetooth. Is there any solution to this issue??

The issue may be due to wireless interference:

Potential sources of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference - Apple Support

It may help to unpair your Apple Watch and/or your car audio system and re-pair them.
