Phone acting up

Question

Phone acting up

I got my iPhone new & since I got it it’s been acting up. It opens apps by its self, does anything by its self. When I go to type something it acts up and stars goin got other apps. I don’t understand this & if anybody has a answer please tell me.

Based on the issue you are describing, it would be best to follow the steps here to backup the device: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support . Once you have a current backup, follow the steps from this article: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings . These steps will reinstall iOS. Once you have reinstalled, test and see if you are still having the issue.
