locked out of6 may be accesibility

in trying to connect Bluetooth hearing aids I got locked out of my IPhone 6. Siri started speaking passcode, cancel etc. Does not enter passcode on screen. Screen shows calls, news etc. Thought it might be a problem with accessibility in trying to connect hearing aids.
