Music and video app and about cellular data

I have some music in shareit and some in downloads why they are not collect together in a single app as well as with videos. If I received any video in shareit, the name of this video is automatically change on photos. Why the apps more than 200mb not download by mobile cellular data it requires must wifi what the ****. And no video and no song is not download in safari why ? It requires wifi to software update not cellular data why ???? i have unlimited cellular data not have any wifi . All the works on iPhone 📱 must works on wifi as well as cellular data.
