How do I get my iPhone 7 to NOT remember my sites when you double click the home button? I've been to the iPhone 7 and iOS 11 user guides (from iBook) and I cant find the answer...

Do you mean when you double click the home button, the apps you've used recently come up? If that's what you mean, there is currently no method for them to not come up as that's how you force close previously used applications. If this is not what you are asking, please be more specific.
