What email account are you referring to, one provided by your other ISP, or something else? Are you able to use the internet on the iPhone at all? What happens when you open the mail app, do you receive an error message when you attempt to get mail?

If everything else works, restart your phone and try again.
After that contact the ISP and see if there are settings changes that need to be made to the email account configuration.

Go to settings down to Email Accounts delete accounts that are not working then add Them back again.
