Apple TV 4th Gen Restore

I have a Apple TV 4th generation. The blinking light repeatedly keeps flashing once every second. When I go to the input source on my TV for Apple TV, it only shows the Apple logo before kicking me out of it and back to cable. I have tried connecting to iTunes for a restore, but it does not even have an option on there for my Apple TV. I followed the instructions on the website as clearly written but nothing seems to work. Anything I'm missing?

I have it figured out. I was now able to get into iTunes for the restore.

I had to hold down the down button in addition to menu so it could go into restore mode.
