Why does Apple TV 4K lose streaming mid show

Every time I watch a movie or tv program on my Apple TV 4K, it works fine for about an hr. or so and then freezes.

Restarting the box fixes it, but is not right and is annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know why?
