Updating problem

I was updating my iPhone 6s Plus by the I tunes but some problem comes out so I try to restor my data he send some cod to my phone number but that number not with me now I have the password and every thing but the phone number so he told me to wait for 24 hours so I wait but after 24 long hours he told me to wait for a 6 days every thing in the phone is erased contact number notes messages every thing please if any one can help me I will be so thankful
