iCloud Storage
I don't want to use iCloud for backing up. How can I set the iPhone to not back up to iCloud? Can I unload what is on iCloud? How?
iPhone 6s, iOS 11.1, Spectrum is my WiFi provider

Go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage and turn backups off.
Have you tried syncing everything to the phone and then signing out of iCloud? Then Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage and delete the data?
