iPad Pro not displaying main screen bottom menu

My Ipad Pro sometimes doesn’t display the menu bar that is at the bottom of the screen, or it will display it almost halfway up the screen? How do I fix it? I am currently turning the iPad off and back on. I have included a couple of photos as well.
