Im locked out of my mac os

and i cant get into it as i have forgotten my password. I went to grab a recovery key and it appears i didnt have one. I already had 2 step authentication but i thought seince it told me i had to get it i canceled it and tried to get it again to get a recovery key. It told me i had to use another apple device. (Which i dont have any aside from my mac os) and i went online to see if i could change it with a diffrent comouter but to no luck. I have a android and i use it allot. I could use some help getting a recovery key asap. Thanks.

I assume you have an encrypted drive and don't have its password? If you don't have a recovery password then you will lose everything on that drive. However, if you have simply forgotten your Admin account's login password:
