purchasing a macbook air on amazon

Hi I am looking at a macbook air for a new computer ,i need something basic ,that will do web listing on ebay facebook and youtube and storing some pictures ,i prefer a bigger hard drive space instead of the standard space it comes with ,what will be a good choice also if i purchase an amazon i assume i can't get apple care or purchase after the sale ,should i buy it from apple ?
