It is a blatant attempt to secure your Apple ID credentials. Apple will never refer to you as "Dear Costumer," or Customer for that matter. 😝
Refer to Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support for help in identifying/reporting such attempts.
It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.
Forward the e-mail to Apple before deleting it. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you.
i recieved and email from apple.id@apple.com saying that my account has been ised to make a prescription and if not cancelled in 3 days i will have to pay $66 is it a scam as when i click on it i have to sign in on another website I didnt buy this
