10.6.3 clean install fails every time. Help!!

Hello! I just had a new ssd installed on my 09 MBP. I'm attempting to do a clean install.

Everytime I try to install OS it fails and day "The installer encountered an error that caused installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

I will post installer logs to show errors. Any help would be appreciated!
