Can I downgrade to iOS 10.3.3?

My phone has been acting possessed since I installed 11.0. I have since installed 11.1.1 and it is worse. The screen freezes and it takes longer to write a text than making a phone call. Apps like calendar, reminders and Twitter open without any interaction from me. HELP! I want my old iOS back.
