Drobe 5C not mounting to my imac 5K after High Sierra update

Help, my Drobe 5C external hard drive is not mounting to my iMac Retina 5K after doing a High Sierra update. Any suggestions? HELP!

I unplugged the Drobo, rebooted, reinstalled Drobo Dashboard, tried First Aid, "Mount", to no avail.
