Glitchy lines on my iMac screen

So basically I have a late 2015 imac 5k 27”. And recently it started having this weird glitchy lines on it.

It's a graphics issue.

You need to contact Apple Support or make a Service Appointment at your local Apple Authorized Service Provider.
