Question: I was charged 2x

I was charged twice .$99 for iCloud storage. I have updated my phone and no longer need the additional storage. I would like to cancel this auto payment.

See About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support and View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. One of the charges may disappear assuming it was an availability check. You can change your subscription.
