Why does Apple Music Radio keeps playing songs I Dislike?

Why does Apple Music Radio keeps playing songs I marked 'Dislike'? Would it be that difficult to have the algorithm remove Disliked songs from user's playlist? Do you even have algorithms for your radio play, or is it on the same loop? Or is this some record label rule that forces you to listen to certain percentage of crappy music over and over?
