having trouble deleting an app purchase
got an app on free trial but wants to start charging after trial, tried to delete app but doesn't seem to be working or do i just have to wait for trial period to finish before it deletes?

They may be just what you said - "offers."
I don't have one on my phone right now where I can check the exact appearance of it, but after I canceled a subscription a year or so ago, it remained on the subscriptions screen for at least 5 or 6 months. I think that was a way of giving me another method to resubscribe. There was no cancel option as the subscription was no longer in effect.
