by passing iCloud account requirements when configuring iPad min's with configurator 2

Ok, So i'm working in a school with 5 Apple carts with a few hundred iPad mini's, preping and deploying with configurator 2. I've created a blueprint for apps and created a few profiles for WiFi and trying to restrict other features students don't need. I can't seem to make a profile where the students are NOT required to login with the school's iCloud account and password to use the apps on their iPads.

I'm a PC guy learning the Mac platform in a hurry... but I'm not there yet. Our board is moving toward enrolling these systems into the Meraki MDM but, until them, I'm on my own with configurator 2. What do I need to do so the students don't have to enter logins and passwords to access apps on these Ipad mini's?
