Hi,


I received a bill from, supposedly, The App Store team for a subscription of $11.99 for Premium Service. It's saying I purchased this on Nov 15, 2017 for a duration of one month and a trial of one day. If I don't cancel by Nov 25 it will be renewed??


Is this from you? I don't remember ordering this!

This is a user-to-user support forum. No one here has access to your billing information but the following should help. From your description that sounds like it is very likely a phishing attempt. If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


You can use the following to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support


You can see if you have any subscriptions (trial or otherwise) by using the following instructions: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
