What do I do if my purchase is pending?

I tried buying something, and it says “Pending.” It’s been pending since the morning of 11/16/2017! Help.

Contact iTunes support.


For contact details, go to the Apple homepage, ensure that your correct region is selected (at the bottom right of the page) then see "Contact Apple" link (also near the bottom right of page)
