Website page appearance.

When I open a page on a website, using either Safari or Google, the appearance of the page changes right as it is opening. Ends up looking like a text book page. No pictures or graphics. Can't get to a second page. This just started a few days ago. Can't find anything on how to change, or what is causing this. Ideas?
