I wiped the HD on one of my iMacs and reinstalled Sierra. I did a clean install. Then I upgraded to High Sierra. Now the machine won't remember the WiFi login credentials. I don't broadcast the SSID.
Any idea why the computer won't remember the WiFi credentials? I made very sure to check the remember box

It sounds like you are having issues staying connected to your home network that is hidden even with the correct settings in place. It can certainly be in inconvenience to have to re-enter the credentials to stay connected but I'm here to help. To start, sometimes it could help to create a new location and prioritize your home network at the top of the list of connections. Also, does Wi-Fi only drop when macOS High Sierra wakes from sleep or screensaver? What happens if you go to the Wi-Fi menu and choose “Turn Off Wi-Fi” then simply wait a few seconds and then return to the Wi-Fi menu and choose “Turn Wi-Fi On”?
If the issue persists, you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider or even your modem/router manufacturer to reset the password for your home network. The following links below can also help.
