iCloud help?
I purchased a phone offline but the iCloud was still logged in. Now I can’t remove it. Help ?
If the previous owner is still logged into the device, the only way to remove the Activation Lock (I'm assuming that's what you've encountered) is to have that previous owner login with their Apple ID credentials to remove it.
