iphone x photos Missing

So I got an iPhone x, and did the restore from my iPhone 7 back up, but my photos have not come back. I have nothing in my X at all. The green photos tab is turned on in my back up etc, and I've never had this problem before.

How do I get my iCloud photo's to my new phone?
